We assist our clients in arbitration proceedings, both domestic and international, whether ad hoc or administered by leading institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the National and International Arbitration Chamber of Milan.

Recently, for example, we successfully concluded an arbitration in Paris under the ICC and, prior to that, in Shanghai under CIETAC, as well as arbitration proceedings in London.

Moreover, on numerous occasions, we have successfully handled the extrajudicial settlement of disputes, including those of significant value, and we regularly provide advice to clients, both in drafting and negotiating contracts, regarding alternative dispute resolution methods, as well as in the selection of the applicable law and the competent jurisdiction.
