Our firm has developed relevant expertise over time in the field of trade finance.

In this regard, Att. Bovesi participated on behalf of Confindustria in the working group between the latter, the ABI, and a leading credit insurance company to develop the tool for the transfer of policies for non-recourse factoring transactions.

Subsequently, from 2009 to 2012, he managed all contractual matters for an important banking group in the field of trade finance.

In 2019, the firm also assisted another banking group in the development of the contractual framework for non-recourse discounting operations.

In 2020, the firm assisted one of the leading Italian insurance companies in defining the text of the policy related to trade credit, with the aim of structuring it as a credit enhancement tool for non-recourse discounting of medium-term trade credit.

Since 2021, the firm has been working with a leading banking group to review all contractual contractual documentation used in trade finance by both the Italian parent company and its subsidiary in Luxembourg.

Over the past decade, Att. Bovesi has consistently assisted important exporters based in Emilia Romagna with trade finance operations.

Additionally, the firm has established a consolidated experience in judicial litigation concerning international bank guarantees, documentary credits, financing operations, leasing, and factoring.
