Immediately after graduating with honors from the University of Bologna, Massimiliano Bovesi began his professional career at a well-known firm in the field of commercial law (both international and domestic), corporate law, and international contracts.

In 2020, he founded his own firm, continuing to expand his skills and professional experience by handling arbitration disputes, managing significant M&A transactions, and gaining extensive expertise in the trade finance sector.

In 2018, he created Bovesi And Partners, achieving the goal of supporting his clients’ businesses with highly customized solutions, ranging from domestic to international matters, also thanks to the multidisciplinary and mother-tongue team he has built around him.

Massimiliano Bovesi has created atypical and often highly complex contractual models for his clients, contributed to the development of innovative negotiation frameworks, including in the banking and insurance sectors, and successfully completed listing operations and other extraordinary strategic transactions for his clients’ businesses (usually leading global or European groups in their respective industries).
