Advises and assist businesses in all of the commercial law matters in which the firm specialises (contracts for supply and for purchase, work contracts, financing for businesses, intellectual proprety, insolvency law, company law), endeavouring to provide a highly tailor-made service by applying methods which are apt to facilitate clients in, on the one hand, creating an appropriate archives system and, on the other hand, creating standard contracts whch are durable and equally reflect the characteristics/requirements of the market in question and which may be periodically upgraded. Also advises and assists leading Italian and multinational companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions, competition law and structured financing.

Professional experience and education
– University of Bologna: Law degree, 110/110 cum laude, 1992.
– University of Bologna: Post Graduate Course of Advanced Studies in European Community Law, 1993.
– Admitted to the Bar of Bologna in 1995.
– Worked at a primary law firm in Bologna until 1999 when he set up the law firm Studio Legale Commerciale Bovesi – Cartwright – Pescatore.
– Carried out teaching activities at the European School of Economics (Master in International Business Law).
Conducts seminars organised by both private and public institutions for companies in relation to international trade issues and participation in the SACE and Confindustria workgroups for the definition of some new kinds of insurance coverage. He has published, on the website of UCIMA (Union of Italian Manufacturers of Automated Machinery), a work entitled “Guidlines for Sales Abroad”, realised in co-operation with Mr. Valentino Pischedda.
